The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference                
considering SB 153 and HCS SB 153(FIN) am H recommends the                     
following be adopted:                                                          
                                                                               
CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 153                                         
"An Act relating to issuance of special license plates."
